Lindsey Obenhaus Chosen to the Dallas Bar Assocation’s WE LEAD Program

Congratulations to Dallas attorney, Lindsey Obenhaus on being selected to this year’s Dallas Bar Association’s Women Empowered to Lead in the Legal Profession leadership program.

DBA WE LEAD is a program designed to address the challenges of high-performing women who have practiced law for 8 to 15 years. The purpose of DBA WE LEAD is to address the unique challenges facing women in the legal profession; to empower, educate and uplift women lawyers to take an already successful law practice to new heights; and to prepare lawyers for active professional leadership within their law firm, the business community and the community at large.

Lindsey excels in cases involving complex financial issues such as business or stock portfolio valuations and discovery, contested custody disputes, and domestic abuse. With a background as a former prosecutor, Lindsey’s extensive courtroom experience and strategic thinking helps clients to make informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes possible.

A graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Lindsey comes to GoransonBain Ausley after previously practicing family law at a boutique law firm. Lindsey also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, where she gained meaningful trial experience in the family violence and protective order units. A Dallas native and resident of the Park Cities area, Lindsey attended the Hockaday School and earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Lindsey is licensed to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
