-Tom Greenwald spoke at the University of Texas Family Law on the Front Lines course in San Antonio on the topic of "Models of Effective Presentations."

-Beth Maultsby participated in a panel discussion at the University of Texas Family Law on the Front Lines course in San Antonio on the topic of cases involving substance abuse.

-Angie Bain wrote a paper on the topic of "Cohabitation Contracts" and Jim Mueller spoke on the topic at the University of Texas Family Law on the Front Lines course in San Antonio.

-Kathryn Murphy spoke at the University of Texas Family Law on the Front Lines course in San Antonio on the topic of "Electronic Evidence."

- Tom Greenwald spoke on the topic of "Models of Effective Presentations" at the 9th Annual Family Law on the Front Lines Conference conducted by The University of Texas School of Law on June 18-19, 2009 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

- Tom Greenwald spoke on the topic of "Models of Effective Presentations and Visual Persuasion: The Effective Use of Trial Aids, Demonstrative Aids, and Summaries" at the 2009 Collin County Bench/Bar Conference conducted by the Collin County Bench Bar Foundation on May 29-31, 2009 at the Hilton Bella Harbor in Rockwall, Texas.
