Carson is a Senior Associate at Goranson Bain. She practices exclusively in the area of family law, handling matters including but not limited to divorce, complex property disputes and agreements, drafting and litigating pre- and postmarital agreements, cohabitation agreements, custody litigation, adoption, termination, and enforcement cases.
In addition, Carson is trained as a collaborative lawyer and has effectively worked with both parties and lawyers to dissolve marriages in a more peaceful and less adversarial environment than the court.
